Created in July 2012, the DFD (Dense Fluid Degreasing) designs and commercializes new processes for cleaning, degreasing and particles removing using supercritical CO2 a green technology. We are a French company located in the Rhône-Alpes region, in between Lyon and Geneva.

This technology, combined with the DFD expertise, allows us to offer manufacturers an alternative, definitely competitive and respectful of environmental standards, to detergent or solvent (chlorinated or derived from hydrocarbons) processes used for mechanical parts cleaning in industry. CIR and CII Authorized Innovation Expertise

DFD obtained the Research Tax Credit approval or the years 2016, 2017 and 2018 by the Innovation & Research Directory General (DGRI: Direction Générale de la Recherche et de l'Innovation)br />
DFD has shown its competences in terms of technological innovation, research and development. It is recognized as a private research and development organization, authorized by The French Ministry for Education & Higher Education & Research (Ministère de l'Education Nationale de l'Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche: MENESR).
The approval presented here, allows DFD customers to declare Research and Development subcontracted operations. These services must be eligible for a Research Tax Credit (CIR), to the 244 articles, quater B, of the French Tax Regulations, 49 septies F and 49 septies M of its annex III.

The assay services and required studies for the validation and the adjustment of the cleaning process, charged by DFD, will therefore be benefit from a research tax credit up to 30%.

As a reminder, the research tax credit is designed to support and encourage research and development efforts of companies. It allows any industrial, commercial, agricultural or crafty firm, to benefit from a tax credit on R & D activities, belonging to the following categories :

  • Activities related to primary research
  • Activities of applied research
  • Activities of experimental research

Innovation Tax Credit Approval

DFD obtained the Innovation Tax Credit Approval for the years 2016, 2017 and 2018 by the Innovation & Research Directory General (DGRI: Direction Générale de la Recherche et de l'Innovation). The French Ministry for Education & Higher Education & Research (Ministère de l'Education Nationale and Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche: MENESR) recognizes DFD's capacity to Carry out design work or pilot installation for new products on behalf of companies.

These services have to be eligible to the Innovation Tax Credit (CII), in accordance with the 6° of k of the 244 article, quater B of the General Code of Taxes.

Our customers who buy DFD cleaning machines can therefore recuperate 20% on a part of their investment, related to its conception and implementation.

In this respect, the DFD contact details will appear in the approved companies list in accordance to the CII, on the MENESR and MERPN web sites.
